Terms of Use for Musical Instruments

1. Correct Usage:
Must be used for intended purposes, and should be avoided in ways that cause damage to the Instrument.

2. Environment and Storage:
Conditions may specify the need to store the oud in an appropriate environment; staying away from humid or extremely hot locations. such as placing it in the car for a long period of time or next to any heat source or with an open window and exposing it directly to the air

3. Periodic Maintenance:

Conditions may require performing regular maintenance for machines, like key and finger pad maintenance, strings or wood polishing to ensure better performance and longevity.

4. Fair Use:
It may be emphasized not to use the instruments unfairly, in order to avoid damage resulting from misuse.

5. Quality Guarantee:

If there is a guarantee for the machine, the user must follow the specified conditions to obtain warranty benefits, and report any problem in the instrument soon as possible.

6.Do Not Modify:

The terms of use may include that no modifications be made to the instruments without the written consent of the manufacturer, selfintervention or attempt to make any repair or modification without the express consent of the manufacturer.

7. Instructions for Use:

Confirm that regular maintenance is part of the warranty conditions, and the consumer must adhere to it to obtain the benefits of the warranty.

If the musical instrument is defective or defective upon receipt, the customer has the right to replace it with a new instrument within a specified period from the date of purchase.

The buyer must read the terms of use carefully and have a good understanding before using the oud, and in case of any inquiries, it is recommended to speak with the seller or manufacturer.

Replacement and Repair Rules

Replacement of Defective Instruments:
If the musical instrument has any defect upon receipt, the customer has the right to replace it with a new instrument within a specified period time, starting from the date of purchase.

Exchange Terms:
The instruments to be replaced must be in good condition, excluding the defects that were presented in the replacement request.

Replacement Procedures:
Contact usto submit a replacement request and determine the necessary steps to carry out the process.

Repair of Defective Instruments:
In the event of a repairable defect in the instrument, the customer has the right to send the instrument for repair during the warranty period.

Repair Costs:
Determine whether the repair costs will be borne entirely by the manufacturer or if there is a financial contribution from the customer.

Rules for Exceptions to Conditions for Purchasing Musical Instruments

Unauthorized Modifications:
The warranty period shall be three months from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover any musical instrument that has been modified or serviced without the written consent of the manufacturer.

Damage Resulting from Accidents:
Instrument related incidents, such as natural disasters or accidents caused by a third party, are not covered by the warranty terms.

Exceeding the Warranty Period:
The warranty terms do not include any problem that appears after the expiry of the specified warranty period.

Natural Wear and Tear:
The warranty does not cover natural wear of naturally wearable parts during normal use.

Negligence in Maintenance:
The user must perform regular maintenance, lubrication and care of the instrument according to the manufacturer’s directions to maintain its serviceability. Failure to do so could result in loss of warranty rights.

Using Unapproved Technology:
The warranty does not include instruments in which technologies or accessories have been used that are not officially approved by the manufacturer.

Incorrect Provision of Information:
If incorrect or misleading information is provided upon purchase, the manufacturer has the right to exclude the machine from the warranty conditions.

Unauthorized Commercial Use:
The warranty does not include using the instrument for commercial purposes or renting it without written consent.
